In the heart of Anacapri stands a gem of hospitality that embodies all the tradition and beauty of the island: the five-star Jumeirah Capri Palace, which also curates the dining experience of A-Ma-Re Capri. Located just a few steps from the Blue Grotto and overlooking the sea, the restaurant, designed by architect Antonio Girardi, offers a privileged view of some of Capri’s most romantic sunsets. Its name is a play on words that encapsulates the restaurant’s philosophy: a celebration of the love of life, good food, the sea and the traditions of Campania.

Here, Mediterranean culture is expressed through simplicity, conviviality and the pleasure of sharing time around the table, giving shape to an idea of luxury built on spontaneous gestures, genuine connections and moments enjoyed without haste. It is within this setting that nss edicola unveiled the capsule collection created for A-Ma-Re Capri, part of the Capri C'est Chic collection, inspired by the island, its colours, its history and the timeless imagery that, now more than ever, continues to influence contemporary culture. A tribute to Capri as a symbol of effortless elegance, creative freedom and Mediterranean charm, reinterpreted through the distinctive aesthetic of nss edicola.

The interiors are defined by an aesthetic that celebrates the colours and soul of the island: yellow takes centre stage as a symbol of Capri’s light, energy and vitality, complemented by shades of blue inspired by the sea, along with pink, green and white, expressing freshness, simplicity and elegance. The spaces are designed to interact with natural light, following its evolution through to the warm hues of sunset over the sea.

The project is further defined by iconic elements such as the Faraglioni and the lemon grove, the geometric pattern inspired by pizza, the palladiana stone flooring with yellow joints that evokes a Mediterranean piazza, a recurring feature at the Jumeirah Capri Palace as well, albeit interpreted through different colours, interiors crafted by local artisans and hand-painted plates, reflecting exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

In the kitchen, young Chef Nicola Giovanni Maiello interprets the traditions of Campanian cuisine through an essential yet contemporary approach, highlighting high-quality ingredients and authentic flavours. The culinary offering focuses on freshness, balance and respect for ingredients, distinguished by two complementary dining concepts, further enriched by the collaboration with Pizzaingrammi, which presents a selection of signature pizzas perfectly aligned with the values of quality and craftsmanship that define the project.

The gastronomic experience at the Jumeirah Capri Palace is made unique by a team that brings together expertise and vision. Under the leadership of Luca De Coro, Director of Food & Beverage, the hotel’s dining offering stands out for its quality and consistency. The group’s culinary direction is entrusted to Chef Andrea Migliaccio, who has played a key role in the gastronomic growth of the Capri Palace and now serves as Executive Director - Culinary at Jumeirah, while Chef Salvatore ElefanteExecutive Chef del Jumeirah Capri Palace, expresses a distinctive culinary language that is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean yet naturally open to exploration, discovery and dialogue with the world. Within this context, A-Ma-Re Capri represents the purest expression of the Mediterranean spirit, where landscape, hospitality and gastronomy come together in an experience that captures the most authentic soul of Capri.
