Here's how the Itinerari Milanesi weekend at nss edicola went "A fine giornata" and "Al risveglio" turned the guide to 30 activities in Milan into an opportunity to meet in person
On September 18th and 19th, nss edicola hosted two events through which, together with American Express, it gave a physical form to Itinerari Milanesi, the guide to the 30 businesses reshaping the city. Opening the weekend was "A fine giornata" — Thursday evening's aperitivo, featuring music, drinks and the chance to forge new connections and slow down, along with the opportunity to pick up a copy of the guide and its dedicated merchandise. The following morning, Piazza Buozzi kicked off the day with "Al risveglio" — an outdoor breakfast with freshly filled croissants. Within just a few hours, the same square had shifted its atmosphere entirely. If the evening saw the newsstand become the place to stop before heading home, the next morning it turned into the place to set off from — perhaps with a copy of the guide in hand. A way of bringing Itinerari Milanesi off the page and into one of the most natural gestures of urban life: getting together. For one evening and one morning, the starting point was Piazza Buozzi — and from there, the guide simply invited you to keep exploring.
