At the end of September, with Fashion Week in full swing, Milan seems to never slow down. Autumn has only just begun, the air has turned cooler and the light shortens a little each day, yet the city fills up, shifts its pace, stretches its days well into the evening and always leaves something to discover from one street to the next. It's the moment when the first jackets come out of the wardrobe and outdoor tables are still perfectly pleasant. So, to make the most of the September breeze, here are our five things to do in the city this weekend.
To Eat - The Doping Club
The Doping Club, the cocktail bar at Aethos Milan, brings Sunday down to a slower tempo with a new brunch overseen by executive chef Luca Nania. The idea behind it is to carve out a moment to spend with others, over sharing plates, making the most of a late breakfast.

To Chill - Torre
The past of the industrial complex that now houses Fondazione Prada finds its way back into the glasses at Torre. Before its transformation, the site was home to the Società Italiana Spiriti, and it is from this history that Archivio Isarco is born — the new drink list created by Remy Savage. Twelve cocktails divided among spirits, liqueurs and aperitifs, each built around a house-made base: from a Negroni with purple basil gin to a Sgroppino with olive oil.

To Shop - Forever Was My Idea
Forever Was My Idea arrives at the Due000 Contemporary Archive space on Via Jommelli 22, with a pop-up bringing together new pieces and carryover items from the brand alongside a selection from the Due000 archive. From 3:00 to 8:00 pm, an afternoon to spend among clothes, music and drinks, with the chance to get up close to both the brand's work and a number of hand-picked archive pieces.

To Discover - Viktor&Rolf. Spectrum
On Friday 25 September, Viktor&Rolf. Spectrum opens at 10 Corso Como — an exhibition that traces over thirty years of the Dutch duo's work through a selection of 20 haute couture looks. The journey brings different collections and moments of their research into dialogue, allowing the continuities, obsessions and transformations that have run through their world to surface. The exhibition remains open until 22 November.

To Party - Lost Boys at MFW
On Saturday 26 September the dancing moves to Stazione Centrale. Bringing house and tech house to the square is Lost Boys, a collective born in Rome that has been taking its parties from city to city for years. The event kicks off at 5:00 pm and is free to attend. Tickets available on xceed.
